• Analyze market trends and forecast demand for various appliances to ensure enough stock without incurring unnecessary storage costs.
• Manage supplier relationships for appliance parts, materials, and finished goods. This involves negotiating contracts, ensuring quality control, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
