In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support daily operation analyzing orders in SAP, based on the commercial catalog with data from the technical catalog. Analyze discrepancies between order and catalog, determine with which requests can be processed for Philips customers. Therefore, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience, satisfaction, and brand preference for Philips.
You are responsible for
Act as a liaison between the Factory and internal Philips customers within assigned regions and Market Order Managers.
Confirm delivery dates of orders to internal customers in alignment with supply planning.
Analyze system configurations, trigger changes and process upgrade orders working with international Key Markets on order related issues.
