Lead the supply chain function, including Planning, to ensure the continuous, reliable supply of Roche’s innovative medicines to patients across AsiaPacific. Report directly to the Head of Supply Chain Region, Asia Pacific, China, MEA, CEETRIS.

• Own and drive key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, finished‑goods inventory, stock‑outs, backlogs, launch timelines and employee engagement.
• Resolve complex supply‑chain challenges, including safety‑stock determination, launch demand forecasting, supplier variability alignment, and mitigation of major quality failures.
• Generate forward‑looking business views and design regional supply‑chain strategies addressing biosimilar entry, market‑access changes, capacity constraints and other disruptions.
