Supply Chain Lead

Melbrew Coffee is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations across Pakistan. This role will manage procurement, imports, warehousing, distribution, reporting, and special projects, with hands-on involvement in international sourcing, particularly from China. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage national supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
Manage local and international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance.
Handle import/export operations including documentation, customs clearance, duties, and compliance.
Coordinate international purchases and supplier visits, especially in China.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and nationwide distribution.
Develop supply chain mechanisms, KPIs, dashboards, and regular management reports.
