Job Summary:

The
Lead – Supply Chain
is responsible for overseeing the
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
and
Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
functions across all manufacturing setups within
Gatronova
. The role ensures accurate demand forecasting, efficient material procurement, balanced inventory levels, and alignment between production capacity and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand & Supply Planning

• Develop and implement effective demand and material planning strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee demand and supply forecasting by analyzing market trends, sales data, and production needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Production to integrate promotional activities and business plans into forecasts.

2. Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Lead the monthly S&OP process to align forecasts with production capacity and supply chain capabilities.
