Supply Chain Lead

Melbrew Coffee is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Lead to lead and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations across Pakistan. This role will manage procurement, imports, warehousing, distribution, reporting, and special projects, with hands-on involvement in international sourcing, particularly from China.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage national supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
Manage l ocal and international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance.
Handle import/export operations including documentation, customs clearance, duties, and compliance.
Coordinate international purchases and supplier visits, especially in China.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and nationwide distribution .
Develop supply chain mechanisms, KPIs, dashboards, and regular management reports.
