Supply Chain Legal Contracts Manager

**What you will do**:The Legal Contracts Manager will work in close collaboration with the procurement legal team (U.S. based lawyers and other Monterrey based contract managers ) to support the delivery of legal services to internal clients across the globe.This role involves managing contract formation and development and is not a supervisory role.The Legal Contracts Manager will provide insight and assistance with the intake, triage, and analysis of all contracting activities.Additionally, this person will assist and support the review, drafting and negotiation of agreements, including services agreements, product purchase agreements and purchase orders, subcontract agreements, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.This individual must be solution-oriented, demonstrate innovative thinking, work independently and proactively, and function as a trusted advisor to the attorneys and business team members they support.
