Supply Chain - Logistics Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Support the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations with a focus on shipment coordination, import clearance, supplier and internal communication, and operational documentation. Ensure smooth execution of daily activities and compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Arrange shipment booking with forwarders/shipping lines
• Coordinate export/import schedules with suppliers
• Track shipment status and ensure on-time arrival
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
• Liaise with warehouse for delivery arrangement

Import & Clearance Support

• Coordinate with Regulatory team on permit documentation
• Work closely with forwarders/customs brokers for clearance
• Ensure all required documents are complete before shipment arrival
