Supply Chain Management Admin

Working Hours : Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
Working Location : Mountbatten

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management Portal (SIM):

o Work with Vendors and Supply Management Team to onboard vendors in the Portal.

o Monitor and ensure that Vendors have submitted all the necessary documentation

into SIM Portal.

• Frame and Rebate Agreement:

o Assist the Supply Management Team to build up the missing documentation.

o Follow Up with Vendors and ensure the sign off the Agreement.

o Record Retention

• Vendor Site Audit:

o Update the Vendor Site Audit Tracker.
