Supply Chain Management Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develops production plan based on product stock flow and production capacity and monitors execution of the plan.
• Checks and approves material requirement forecast and ensure proper inventory stock level has been monitored.
• Ensure efficient and accurate overseeing of stocks or inventory.
• Checks forecast of customer and forecast issued to supplier.
• Checks all materials requisition is in accordance with the production schedule.
• Oversees material inventory activities and ensures accuracy of data in SAP system.
• Ensures return of no good items to suppliers with complete documentation.
• Generates, reviews and revises production planning and inventory procedures and work instructions and conducts training to subordinates.
• Generates and corrects non conformity reports whenever there are planning and inventory process that deviates to the procedures and work instructions.
