Supply Chain Manager (Import/Export, Tuas)

Responsibilities

• Manage full export operations: bookings, documentation, schedules, and customer coordination
• Handle mandatory regulatory documentation: Japan exports, Halal, SFA, Health Certificates, COA & customs
• Work closely with QA, Production, Warehouse, Procurement & Finance for timely shipments
• Control export-related costs (freight, demurrage, detention)
• Manage customer complaints and drive corrective actions
• Maintain export reporting, dashboards, and management updates
• Support cross-functional supply chain activities and process improvements

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Export in Food Manufacturing
• Mandatory: Japan export documentation experience
• Strong knowledge of Halal, SFA & Health Certificates
