Supply Chain Manager

About the role

As the SCM Manager at AlphaESS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., you will play a key leadership role in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including sourcing, procurement, planning, logistics and inventory management. Based in Kulim, Kedah, this full-time position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient material flow, cost optimization, supplier performance management, and timely delivery to support business objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited as follows :-

• Lead the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in executing best practices and monitoring performance through established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and drive supply chain strategies to optimize resources, improve operational efficiency, maximize profitability, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
