Role Overview

The Supply Chain Manager leads and develops a high‑performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve departmental goals and support collaboration with Key Account teams, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and project coordination activities and resources for the supply chain group in Laval.
• Collaborate with Key Account teams to provide requested information, ensure customer requirements are met, and deliver projects on time.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance from suppliers.
