Supply Chain Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations of ZUS Coffee PH, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, logistics, and store replenishment to ensure smooth daily operations across all stores and kiosks.
• Plan, organize, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, allocation, checking, loading, and dispatch of supplies, ingredients, packaging materials, and store operational requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of coffee beans, milk, syrups, food items, packaging, and other critical store supplies to support uninterrupted store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and ensure proper execution of inventory management processes, including stock counts, reconciliation, variance investigation, and inventory accuracy across all warehouses and distribution points.
