Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of supply chain operations. This role oversees Customer Service & Order Fulfillment, Logistics (Import/Export & Clearance), Materials Planning, Procurement, and Purchasing. You will ensure efficient operations, strong compliance, and continuous improvement across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service performance.
• Ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and prompt issue resolution.

2. Logistics (Import/Export & Clearance)

• Manage end-to-end logistics, including inbound and outbound shipment planning.
• Handle customs clearance for goods entering and exiting Malaysia.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including Sales Tax Exemption applications, usage tracking, and documentation.
