Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers and subcontractors.

• Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and high-value contracts to leverage economies of scale.

• Maintain a “Preferred Vendor List” while continuously scouting for innovative or more cost-effective partners.

2. Logistics & Material Management

• Coordinate complex delivery schedules to active construction sites, ensuring “Just-in-Time” (JIT) delivery to minimize site congestion and storage costs.

• Oversee international logistics, including customs clearance and freight forwarding for imported materials.

• Manage inventory levels and track material usage to prevent waste and shrinkage.
