POSITION: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

COMPANY: CTRM AEROSYSTEMS SDN. BHD., SUBANG

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.

2. Minimum 8 years' experience in supply chain management preferably manufacturing or aerospace.

3. Strong knowledge of procurement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

4. Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, and end-to-end supply chain processes.

5. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the supply chain team to meet operational and performance targets.

2. Manage daily relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
