Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the procurement cycle—from sourcing, bidding, and evaluation to award and delivery.
• Conduct supplier accreditation and performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Handle rice negotiations, contract reviews, and purchase order finalization for key materials (cement, steel, aggregates, form works, equipment, and chemicals).
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounting to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to prevent delays and optimize cost efficiency.
