The ideal candidate will ensure timely, ethical, and cost-effective supply chain operations while maintaining quality and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Develop and implement centralized procurement strategies for hotels and the café.
• Source reliable suppliers for food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and uniforms.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
