Supply Chain Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the procurement cycle—from sourcing, bidding, and evaluation to award and delivery.

• Conduct supplier accreditation and performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with Company standards and ISO requirements.

• Handle price negotiations, contract reviews, and purchase order finalization for key materials (cement, steel, aggregates, formworks, equipment, and chemicals).

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Accounting to align procurement schedules with project timelines.

• Monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to prevent delays and optimize cost efficiency.

• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

• Support strategic sourcing initiatives and contribute to cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier reliability
