Supply Chain Planning Head

JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Supply Chain is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing SHG's end-to-end supply chain across two business units: restaurants (procurement to store delivery) and retail (warehousing and distribution operations). This role ensures the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, reliable, and aligned with SHG's growth and service objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute SHG's supply chain strategy across restaurant and local FMCG operations, aligned with business growth.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, and procurement, ensuring accurate forecasts and reliable product availability.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: sourcing, vendor management, inbound logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure continuous supply of food, packaging, and operational requirements for restaurants and retail.
