Your Role

As a Senior Associate, Supply Chain & Procurement, you will play a key role in driving and supporting strategic sourcing and supplier management across the Central Europe subregion. Working in close alignment with global, regional, and local procurement strategies, you will ensure that goods and services are sourced efficiently, competitively, and in compliance with company policies.

You will support and execute tenders, conduct due diligence, and participate in supplier negotiations to secure best-value outcomes. In addition, you will actively manage supplier performance, ensuring contractual KPIs and SLAs are met while fostering strong, sustainable partnerships. Through financial analysis and market evaluation, you will identify cost optimization opportunities and process improvements, contributing to long-term operational resilience and value creation.
