Supply Chain Propulsion Launch Lead

**Job Description**

**The Role**

This is a key role within the Global Supply Chain in driving Flawless Propulsion Launch Execution. The role will require substantial time devoted to developing and refining launch processes and strong communication skills working with a cross functional team to support the plants.

Primary Function to engage with propulsion plants for the purpose of a Flawless Launch Execution. Drive a Robust Launch Execution Process for Supply Chain focusing on Plant Readiness, LOC. Leadership Visibility of Key Risk Areas, Lessons Learned, and Continuous Improvement for Launch Standardized Work (Master Dot, PLOW and PFEP.)

**What You’ll Do**

+ Support GPS Supply Chain teams throughout the launch execution process.
+ Work with plants to proactively remove and escalate obstacles during launch.
+ Interface is required with Engineering, Purchasing, Plant Supply Chain, Logistics, Supplier Quality and Supply Ops.
