The hub of LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics in Singapore (100 persons - 7 brands: Dior, Guerlain, Make Up Forever, Benefit, Fresh, Givenchy & Kenzo) is supporting the fast moving and growing Cosmetics business of the whole APAC region. To participate in the refinement of the quality process flow and the development of analytical/ tracking tools to drive quality improvements plan in contributing to customer satisfaction
Job Description Opportunities & Exposure
1. Drive process optimization in Claims Management - Perform UAT (User Acceptance Test) on evolution/ enhancement of newly developed on-line tool - Enhance communication & marketing of new tool - Support roll-out of tool to new sites within APAC - Provide training to internal & external team within APAC - Identify improvement areas and develop actions plan with project committee to reduce claims
