Job Description
- Partner with client companies to evaluate and enhance their supply chain operations and business workflows.
- Conduct process analysis and provide strategic recommendations across inventory management, OTC, and P2P cycles.
- Support or lead transformation projects focusing on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and system integration.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams in sales, marketing, procurement, planning, and finance to ensure supply chain alignment with business goals.
- Develop and present business cases, process maps, and performance improvement plans.
- Monitor project implementation progress and measure results against KPIs and ROI targets.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, ERP (SAP/Oracle) solutions, and digital supply chain innovations.
