Responsibilities: Be responsible for making, sorting, checking and archiving of import and export documents. Maintain close communication with international freight forwarder to assist the customs broker to obtain the information required for customs clearance Be Responsible for applying for import& export permit for certified biomaterials Book space with the freight forwarder base on export plan, and organize and arrange shipment matters Ensuring proper regulatory compliance for all international transactions Familiar with Singapore import and export related policies, especially biomaterials.
