Job Description

                    Role Overview  Production planner for slip joint (tulip and tripod) operations. 
Plans production lines based on raw material availability, customer requirements, and production strategies. 
Reviews weekly deliveries to Villagrán and updates the Master Schedule (MS). 
Manages 13‑week production requirements per line and supports Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP). 
Provides a 2‑year production vision per manufacturing line. 
 Key Responsibilities  Analyze SIOP plans to design and update value stream parameters (intervals, supermarket sizing, line loading, etc.) 
Develop the weekly Master Schedule (MS). 
Identify potential risks in material flow and coordinate containment and escalation actions. 
Support value stream KPIs such as DSA, Lead Time, Inventory Turns, and Intervals.
