Purpose

To drive effective execution and governance of contract management, transaction compliance, and audit processes across commercial operations. The role supports the Lead in strengthening internal controls, ensuring policy adherence, mitigating risks, and driving process efficiencies through structured reviews and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction & Contract Governance

• Review and approve Purchase Order’s, Deal Memos, and Vendor Contracts for both commercial and non-commercial content transactions.
