SCOPE OF THE STUDY

The primary objective of the supply chain study is to analyze and document the flow of goods, resources, and services within Surigao del Sur, with particular emphasis on the Municipality of Hinatuan and potential linkages in Cortes and San Agustin. Specifically, the Consultant is tasked

to examine the supply chain structures, practices, and challenges faced by the three principal stakeholder groups of Hinatuan, Cortes, and San Agustin: women's associations, seaweed growers, and agri-crop farmers.

The study aims to:

• Map existing supply chains to understand how products move from harvest/production to end-user.

• Identify key stakeholders and their roles (farmers, processors, distributors, regulators, buyers, etc. )
