Job Description

Supply Chain Sustainability Manager

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Partner with Leader of Sustainability to continuously improve the social and environmental responsibility program
  • Work with external auditors to implement third party audit and remediation process
  • Engage directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders of Partner Management, Quality, Sourcing team to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Analyze and report ESG data (including carbon emission and 3rd party audit) to support leadership decision-making and compliance assurance.
  • Develop in-house platform capabilities for ESG data management to help drive resource and process efficiencies. Included, but not limited to, GHG inventory management and reporting, social compliance audit management. 
  • Enable visibility beyond Tier 1 to Tier 2 suppliers to help identify, prioritize, and mitigate ESG supply chain risks.
