Supply Chain Transition Program Manager

**Job Summary**

Responsible for leading and governing Phase In / Phase Out (PIPO) initiatives across the product lifecycle to ensure controlled product changes and PIPO transitions, from a Supply chain perspective with a strong focus on supply continuity and network distribution to meet customer requirements.

The role ensures cross functional alignment, standardized execution, risk mitigation, and minimal business disruption by embedding supply chain ownership early and sustaining an end to end PIPO process aligned with regulatory and operational requirements.

**Key responsibilities**

• Lead end to end PIPO projects across Capital, Consumables, and Accessories portfolios, ensuring standardized execution and governance
• Own and deploy the PIPO process
• Drive cross functional alignment across Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and Commercial
