Supply Management Specialist

Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing organization in Waterloo, IA to hire a Supply Management Specialist to support day‑to‑day supply chain and materials coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth movement of raw castings between internal operations and external machined casting suppliers, working closely with both internal stakeholders and supplier partners.


Schedule: 1st shift, start time between 6:00–7:00 AM, minimal overtime


What You’ll Do:

+ Serve as the primary liaison coordinating raw casting movement between internal manufacturing operations and external suppliers

+ Manage and analyze daily inventory reports shared with suppliers

+ Create demand forecasts and past‑due order reports for key suppliers

+ Monitor material flow, identify issues, and support resolution efforts

+ Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, operations, and supplier partners
