Supply Ops Team N-Tier Specialist

We are seeking a tenacious and inquisitive N-Tier Value Stream Specialist to drive deep visibility and resilience into the sub-layers of our global supply chain. This role is pivotal in moving Ford from reactive crisis management to proactive risk elimination. You will be responsible for mapping critical value streams, identifying dangerous concentrations (regional, supplier-specific, or raw material), and leading cross-functional teams to execute mitigation strategies before disruptions occur. You will serve as the detective and the architect of resilience, liaising between SOT, Purchasing, Engineering, and MP&L to ensure the continuity of Ford Production.
