Supply Planner

Job Summary

The Supply Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels. This role manages supply planning, purchase order execution, shipment tracking, supplier coordination, and cross-functional alignment to support business targets and service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply and Inventory Planning

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on confirmed demand forecasts and supplier lead times.

• Ensure adequate inventory levels of imported finished goods to meet sales and service level targets.

• Regularly review stock status to prevent out-of-stock and overstock situations.

• Monitor supply risks and proactively recommend corrective actions.

2. Purchase Order Management

• Prepare, review, and release purchase orders to suppliers in alignment with approved supply plans.
