Supply Planner

1. Supply and Inventory Planning

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on confirmed demand forecasts and supplier lead times.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels of imported finished goods to meet sales and service level targets.
• Regularly review stock status to avoid out-of-stocks and overstock situations.

2. Purchase Order Management

• Prepare and release purchase orders to suppliers based on supply plans.
• Monitor shipment schedules, and delivery performance from supplier.

3. Shipment and Import Coordination

• Closely track shipment status from supplier dispatch up to arrival at port and warehouse.
• Coordinate with brokers for timely clearance and delivery.
• Manage expected ETD/ETA updates and proactively communicate any shipment delays or deviations.
