Supply Planner - Production

Scope: Plan, schedule, and control production activities to ensure efficient use of manufacturing resources, optimized line performance, and on‑time delivery of finished goods. The Production Planner ensures all production plans are realistic, capacity‑feasible, and aligned with business priorities — enabling stable and efficient factory operations. It is done through the cooperation with other functional departments, maintaining healthy Inventory with minimum Business Waste, contributing to the best Service level.-----Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning & Scheduling• Develop weekly and monthly production plans based on demand, resource availability, and factory constraints. Coordinate with the scheduler at the factory for daily production plan.• Create optimized line schedules to reduce changeovers, maximize line efficiency, and ensure balanced line loading.• Adjust and re‑plan production in response to real‑time events (breakdowns, quality holds, supply delays, urgent orders)...
