Supply Planning Assistant Manager BUL

JOB PURPOSE

​The Supply Planning Lead ensures the end-to-end availability of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials by leading the short to medium-term (0–24 month) planning horizon. The role exists to deliver superior customer service, safeguard business continuity, and enable growth by converting demand, innovation needs, and capacity realities into a reliable, optimized supply plan. The Supply Planning lead acts as the bridge between Shipment Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Innovation teams, ensuring all supply decisions balance service, cost, capacity, and inventory. This role is accountable for preventing supply interruptions, ensuring innovations land on time, and delivering inventory targets.
