Supply Planning Coordinator - Level II - SHOP

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Supply Planning & Delivery**

+ Ensure on-time and complete availability of parts at the plant to support production schedules.
+ Initiate and manage purchase/work orders aligned with demand plans.
+ Expedite procurement or production orders as required.
+ Monitor supplier delivery performance and ensure adherence to defined norms.
+ Collaborate with suppliers to reduce lead times and optimize order quantities.
+ Reconcile order boards for critical suppliers, parts, and past-due orders.
+ Manage part change requests, ramp-up/ramp-down activities, and minimize excess/obsolete inventory.

**Inventory & Materials Management**

+ Maintain inventory levels in line with organizational standards.
+ Identify and liquidate excess and non-moving inventory.
+ Support inventory repositioning across locations with demand.
