Job Description

                    Contexte et environnement  
 Long supply lead time & sometimes unstable supply from global and regional suppliers  
 Unique requirements from different customers, such as documentation, labelling and such  
 Complex competition to supply from both local and regional manufacturers  
 Demonstrate agility of supply from different supply points, balancing between costs and commercial relationship 

 Activités  
 Order Fulfilment and Processing  
 Ensure smooth operations in SAP through regular management and update of vendor data  
 Order processing support for selected customers/affiliates, ensuring smooth product delivery  
 Purchase Order creation to suppliers with necessary endorsements and follow up on PO delivery  
 Issue Packing List, Bill of Lading, Invoices and other necessary documents to customers
