About the role Lead and orchestrate end-to-end supply chain planning by developing and executing the Master Production Plan, balancing demand, production capacity, materials, and logistics to ensure optimal service levels, operational efficiency, and sound decision-making.Key responsibilitiesBuild, own, and lead the Master Production Plan , integrating demand, plant capacity, materials availability, and operational constraints.Ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment, connecting customer demand, production planning, materials, suppliers, logistics, and distribution.Translate commercial demand into feasible production and supply plans, balancing service, cost, and efficiency.Lead production planning and material planning processes, proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks.Collaborate and negotiate across functions including Plants, Customer Care, Quality, R&D, Logistics, and General Management .
