Supply Planning & Purchasing Control Supervisor

Role Summary: Responsible for overseeing inventory planning, purchase order control, and supplier delivery monitoring to ensure disciplined, data‑driven procurement. This role bridges Purchasing and Warehouse operations, ensuring that buying decisions are aligned with stock requirements, budget targets, and operational demand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Planning & Replenishment Control
   • Monitor stock levels and validate reorder requirements before PO issuance
   • Establish and maintain safety stock, reorder points, and lead time tracking
   • Analyze stock consumption trends and forecast replenishment needs
   • Identify slow‑moving, aging, or excess inventory
   • Prevent emergency purchasing through proactive planning
