Supply Planning Supervisor

**Job Description:**



**Key Responsibilities**



i) Replenishment Execution & Supply Service (70%)



+ Weekly / Daily replenishment from sourcingsites to deliver OTIF target.

+ Managing sourcing sites and DCs’ replenishment plan executed well.

+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders across E2E supply process to fulfill demand.

+ KPI : OSDC, OTIF, MPS



ii) Inventory & Capacity Management (15%)



+ Set/review/maintain stock level of each DC to keep high stock efficiencyCapacity analysis and review with sourcing sites, including RM/PM readiness

+ KPI : YEE Stock Value, Sourcing Site Production Plan Adherence



iii) Continual improvement for E2E supply optimization (15%)



+ Leadingcross-functionalteamto improve E2E supply process to enhance better cashflow contribute to biz growth.

+ Represent RC China supply in Regional COP....
