Teacher Job Posting Summary A Teacher, under the direction of the principal, is responsible for delivering the planned and approved curriculum to students. A Teacher shall plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program in accordance with the professional standards as they are outlined in the Alberta Teaching Quality Standard, the Teacher Growth, the Alberta Supervision and Evaluation Policy and the Ministerial Order (#001/2013) on Student Learning. In addition, a Teacher will create a learning environment that encourages students to realize their potential pertaining to Nehiyaw core values as outlined in the Maskwacis Declaration on Education.
