Support Analyst

Role Overview

This role involves working closely with merchants as part of our global collaboration with banking partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing merchant platforms to ensure payment functionality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Test payment flows and transaction functionality on merchant platforms
• Review merchant websites to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and banking requirements
• Identify, document, and report compliance issues or discrepancies
• Work through a high volume of structured tasks, reviewing approximately
  300–500 merchant websites per month
• Liaise internally to ensure issues are resolved in line with compliance standards
