We're looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our remote team. If you have strong client service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, this role offers the chance to make an impact while working with cutting-edge Smart Grid solutions.
What you'll do:
Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely updates.
Troubleshoot technical issues (SQL, Linux, networking, VPNs).
Collaborate with utility clients to deliver the best outcomes.
Provide after-hours/holiday support when required.
