Support Analyst – T24

Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in Temenos T24 Core Banking system administration and product support, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically on T24
Strong experience handling COB (Close of Business) and other system administration activities
Experience in housekeeping activities, system monitoring, and technical analysis
Prior experience working in a banking environment is highly desirable
Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
Strong understanding of T24 modules, COB processing, and TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java)
Familiarity with Oracle or other databases used with Temenos T24
Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar) for automation and operational efficiency
Experience with T24 upgrades, patches, and hotfixes
Certification in Temenos T24 or related technologies is a plus
Experience with cloud-based T24 deployments is preferred
