Support Consultant

About the Role

The key purpose of the Support Consultant is to provide functional application support for the customers as their first point of contact, handling a high volume of inquiries and requests surrounding FUJIFILM MicroChannel's SAP Business One solutions.

The Support Consultant will perform a range of tasks including advise on software functions and configurations, troubleshooting basic to complex issues and providing timely feedback and resolutions for multiple customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide functional application support on SAP Business One as the first point of contact.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of queries relating to process and configuration.
• Ensure timely response on all support cases to the customers.
• Monitor and provide regular feedback to clients on progress of support calls.
• Escalate support request to the Support lead where required.
