The key purpose of the Support Consultant is to provide functional application support for the customers as their first point of contact, handling a high volume of inquiries and requests surrounding FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s SAP Business One solutions.

The Support Consultant will perform a range of tasks including advise on software functions and configurations, troubleshooting basic to complex issues and providing timely feedback and resolutions for multiple customers.
