Support Coordinator - Kempsey/Port Macquarie

It’s all part of our goal to provide innovative services which support individuals, strengthen communities and enhance social and emotional wellbeing for all.

The Customer Engagement Team exists to connect participants with an NDIS plan to supports and services in New Horizons and the Community. The team is the first point of contact for NDIS participants, families and Support Coordinators who are seeking information about New Horizons or who have chosen us to provide services for them under an NDIS plan.
