You thrive on supporting users of cutting‑edge prototypes and ensuring that they operate at peak performance. You will be involved in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing prototype instruments, contributing to the overall success of our development efforts.

What you'll do:

• Log and track bugs, defects, and any issues reported by users;
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on prototype instruments;
